Dutchman wins special effects Oscar for Life of Pi

Dutchman Erik-Jan de Boer won his first Oscar at Sunday night’s ceremony in the US for special effects in the film Life of Pi. De Boer was one of a team of four special effects experts involved in the film.

Sweet, nice work! Congratulations! That film did quite well at the awards last night, I almost want to see it :P (I read the book and didn't enjoy it as much as others did, but maybe the movie is better? That'd be a first!)

I saw that movie twice. The effects were sooooo well done that I was totally unaware of the computer graphics, Bravo!! (Not sarcasm this time.)
