This is to be expected when governments slap an absurd amount of tax on something popular & in demand.
Because of the recent & unfair rise in tax on Dutch tobacco, many are now buying in Belgium & reselling here. 62 million seized out of a possible 500million is not a bad attempt: 'wonder what it cost on salaries to achieve that, already censored? :P
Who is right & who is wrong, go figure..
