Ajax draw as league leaders PSV lose

Ajax failed to capitalise on league leader PSV’s defeat in this weekend’s football action, needing a late goal to force a 1-1 draw against ADO Den Haag.

Feyenoord moved into third place after beating PSV Eindhoven 2-1 at home. The Rotterdammers are one point behind Ajax and three behind PSV.

Vitesse are in fourth place after a 5-3 win over Heracles Almelo with transfer target Wilfried Bony scoring a hat-trick. FC Twente dropped to fifth place after a 2-1 loss at Heerenveen.
