Heineken boss is investors' favourite CEOWednesday 02 January 2013 Heineken's chief executive Jean-Francois van Boxmeer has been voted favourite chief executive of 2012 by members of the Dutch investors association VEB. Van Boxmeer, who is Belgian, took 35% of the vote. Last year, he managed to ensure Heineken took over Asian brewery group APB, and that Heineken's share price rose 40% over the year.
