CPB boss will leave at end of contract term

Coen Teulings, director of the government's macro-economic forecasting agency CPB, is to leave the organisation at the end of his seven-year term in May.
The CPB also calculates the likely effect of government policy on the economy, giving it a crucial role in the formation of strategy.
Last month, the CPB said the Dutch budget deficit would break the 3% eurozone limit, and Teulings said publicly he did not believe the government should increase the level of spending cuts.
It is not yet known what Teulings, 54, will do when he leaves the bureau or who his successor will be.
