The agreement thrashed out between party leaders Mark Rutte and Diederik Samsom and the rest of the negotiating team since the September general election was presented to the parliamentary parties early on Monday afternoon.
The party leaders have also completed their talks with the negotiating team and will report back to parliament later on Monday afternoon.
According to Nos television, the new cabinet's slogan will be 'building bridges'. The new cabinet's strategy for the next four years will be formally presented later on Monday.
Sources say the total package of spending cuts amounts to some €16bn.
With the new ministerial line-up expected to be presented to the queen next week, this will have been the shortest coalition formation process since the 1980s, the Telegraaf says.

At present the Dutch taxpayer subsidises energy companies to the tune of 6.5 bn. If necessary, economise on health and social care, but don't subsidise an already profitable industry.

I just wish there were a little more government intervention on the price of basic food from the ever prosperous cartel of NL supermarkets that seem to continually make shopping an extremely difficult hunting ground.
I already decided to cancel Christmas again & opt for a month of tropical weather & 'cheap charlie beach bum' days with my GF..so nice to have 28 days without people like 'Rutter' in your head!
