Former Labour junior minister heads for World BankFriday 26 October 2012 Former junior economic affairs minister Frank Heemskerk is the next Dutch representative at the World Bank, finance minister Jan Kees de Jager said on Friday. Heemskerk was an MP for the Labour party (PvdA) before becoming a junior minister.
