D66, GroenLinks big winners in latest poll

The Liberal democrats D66 and green party GroenLinks have gone up three and two seats respectively in the latest TNS Nipo poll.

The poll was taken after last week’s agreement on austerity measures which the two parties both helped broker.
Labour, which did not join the negotiations, lost three seats in the latest poll but would remain the third largest party in parliament if there was a general election tomorrow.
The VVD Liberals, currently the largest party in parliament, is down one seat in the TNS Nipo poll at 32, while the anti-immigration PVV is also down one at 19.
The poll reflects the findings in two others carried out since the 2013 budget deal was reached by the coalition and three smaller parties last week.
