Tennis player Robin Haase has climbed slightly in the world rankings and is now just outside the top 50 in 51st position following the Dutch team’s whitewash of Romania in the Davis Cup this weekend.

The Dutch team’s 5-0 Davis Cup victory in the zoned competition mean they have now qualified for the play-offs to join the World Group next season.
In the women’s rankings, Michaella Krajicek rose one place to 68th while Arantxa Rus rose from 97th to 95.
Haase, Krijicek and Rus are are the only Dutch players in the top 100 rankings.
