Social affairs ministry inspectors are to look into efforts to reduce the pressure of work in hospitals and other care institutions because of high absenteeism rates and aggression against staff.

Some 1.2 million people work in the care industry.
According to earlier research by the Abvakabo trade union, six out of 10 care workers say they are under so much pressure at work they doubt if they can continue to do their job.
