House sales down 13% in March

The number of homes changing owner fell by 13% in March to just over 9,000 compared with the year-earlier period, the Dutch land registry service said on Monday.


However, compared with February, there was an increase of 16%, the land registry office said.
The annual decline was reflected across the entire country, with the sharpest drop in Friesland (down nearly 26%).
