Imtech does better than expected in 2011

Gouda-based engineering group Imtech announced better than expected results on Tuesday, with turnover up 14% to €5.1bn and net profit up 7% to €150.4m.


Analysts had forecast turnover of €4.98bn and net profit of 153m.
Earnings before deductions were up 11% at €288.4m, slightly higher than the expected €288m.
Imtech performed particularly well in Germany, Eastern Europe and Scandinavia and is expecting to reach its goal of €8bn in turnover by 2015.
