False bomb alert at Islamic primary school

An Islamic primary school in the Kralingen-Crooswijk area of Rotterdam was cleared of pupils and staff on Tuesday morning after a woman left a bag in the building.

The woman had entered the school, put down the bag and shouted she had a bomb as she left, according to police reports quoted in Trouw.
The woman was still on school property when the police arrived and she was taken in for questioning. No explosives were found.
The 220 pupils were allowed back into their classrooms.
