An increasing number of people are making more frequent visits to the cinema, free-sheet De Pers reports on Tuesday.

The rise in the number of cinema visits led to an increase in the number of seats. Over the past five years, 13,000 more cinema seats have been built, taking the total to 119,000.
Cinemas are also offering better service, says De Pers. For example, many small towns have built new cinemas with tables where drinks can be ordered during the film.
