Falling lamps plague parliament
Just weeks after a lamp plummeted from the ceiling in parliament narrowly missing health minister Edith Schippers, the same has happened again, Spits reports on Monday.
No ministers or MPs were hurt as all lamps were secured with safety chains following the first mishap.
The matter is under investigation.
