Small rise in bankruptcy rate

The number of companies and private individuals going bankrupt rose marginally to 10,151 this year, up 96 on a year ago, according to bankruptcy website faillissementsdossier.nl.

Property companies and hospitality sector firms were most likely to go bust, the website said. The number of bankruptcies in Flevoland province rose the most, by 13%.

2012 will be the year for Bankruptcy and significant increase in poverty, job losses and house reposession according to the ecconomic experts and the eurozone will most likely break up later in the new year. Comforting!

fun, just looked at the cbs website there its reported 7200 bankruptcies in 2010...so 10151 is only 96 more??
