Police have arrested three men aged 32, 32 and 25 in connection with last weekend’s explosion involving a speed camera.

A number of homes in Voorschoten, where the incident took place, have also been searched and some 20 houses have been evacuated because of the risk of an explosion.
Two explosives experts were injured in the blast, one of whom has lost his hand.
