Average home rents stable in third quarter
The average rental price for a home outside the rent-controlled sector remains stable for the seventh quarter in a row, according to research by housing bureau Pararius.
Over the past three months, the average rent rose by just 0.2 percentage point to around €12.19 a square metre per month.
