There are far too few qualified people to work out the real percentage. The largest blunders & money wasters are civil servants, banks & oil exploration companies, not the unemployed... 435,000 - 22000 = 413000 .... The unemployment was already above 400000 in june! this is why I dont trust numbers in the media ... mistakes are made even with simplest numbers!!!
