Samsung must stop selling its Galaxy smart phones in the Netherlands, a court in The Hague decided on Wednesday afternoon.

The case was brought by Apple which also wanted Galaxy tablets banned. The computer giant accuses Samsung of copying the look and feel of the iPad with the Galaxy pad and breaking ten patents.
The court, however, disagreed and the ban, which takes effect in October, only applies to the smart phones.
