Mobile telephone market shrinks again
The market in mobile telephony shrank by 4.5% in the second quarter of 2011 compared to the year earlier period, market research company Telecompaper said on Tuesday. Turnover was €1.53.
The fall was due to a drop in the number of telephone calls made. Data and texting services grew but not enough to compensate.
