The Hague has heaviest rainfall

The Hague and its surroundings were hit by between 70mm and 90mm of rain during yesterday’s heavy showers, the KNMI weather bureau said on Friday.

By contrast, Leeuwarden in the north had just 0.2 mm.
The heavy rain and wind caused some problems with localised flooding as sewers struggled to cope with such a concentration of water in a short period.
In Rotterdam, builders will on Friday begin dismantling a factory chimney which threatened to blow over in the storm.
