Satnav maker TomTom issues profit warning

Satellite navigation systems maker TomTom said on Monday evening its full year profit is likely to be beween 25 and 30 cents per share, almost half earlier forecasts.


The company said the market for in-car systems is shrinking in both the US and Europe.
Full year turnover will now reach between €1.225bn and €1.275bn, some €200m down on earlier forecasts, the company said in a trading update.
