Greece will need more cash, says finance minister

What ever happens, Greece is going to need more money from the International Monetary Fund and the EU, finance minister Jan Kees de Jager told MPs on Tuesday.

De Jager was reporting back on the recent fact-finding mission in Athens undertaken by the IMF, European Commission and European central bank.
De Jager said the three organisations had ‘very serious doubts’ whether Greece would be able to get its finances in order by 2012. This would mean a financial shortfall which will need to be filled, De Jager said.
