Breakdowns disrupt train services
A points failure in Weesp caused widespread disruption to train services in and around Amsterdam on Monday morning.
Buses are being used to ferry stranded passengers although there is a shortage of coaches because it is school trip season, a spokesman for Dutch Rail told news agency ANP.
Problems with the power supply have also led to delays to services in Roosendaal.
