Kalverstraat remains most expensive shopping street
The Kalverstraat remains the most expensive shopping street in the Netherlands, with rents of up to €2,450 per square metre, according to a new report from property group Cushman & Wakefield.
Rents in four of the seven most expensive streets rose in the first quarter of this year, C&W said. Retail rents have been rising steadily since last summer.
