House prices rise by a tiny margin

Average house prices rose for the first time in seven months in March although year on year prices continue to fall, according to new figures from the land registry office and CBS.


The monthly increase was a slim 0.2 percentage point. Year on year, house prices were down 1.1%. In February, the annual drop was 1.5%.
The price of detached homes fell the most – 2.7% – and prices were down in all provinces apart from Limburg, where they rose 1.4%.
