Wednesday 27 April 2011

The Netherlands has the highest internet penetration in the world for social networking sites Twitter and LinkedIn, according to research by digital media monitor ComScore.

Local networking site Hyves still leads the way with 7.6 million visitors in March but Facebook is closing the gap with a 76% surge over the past year. It had nearly 6.6 million visitors in March.

They put the Twit in Twitter !! What else do they do in their offices, I know, you thought your staff were hard at work, nope, they are on Twitter and Linkedin chatting and writing poetry because the Dutch have the greatest number of poets in europe... I read that on here some weeks ago.
