More female executives in Holland but total still low
The number of women in senior management positions in the Netherlands has gone up two percentage points to 16%, according to global research by accountants group Grant Thornton.
The global and European average, by contrast, has fallen four percentage points to 20%. Thailand has the most female executives with a score of 45%, Grant Thornton said.
Dutch female executives are most likely to work in HR, marketing and finance.
