Licences for arms traders on the way
Dutch nationals who trade arms will be required to have a permit in the future, even if they live abroad, junior economic affairs minister Henk Bleker told MPs on Monday.
The sale of ‘non-physical’ technology and software will also fall under the licencing scheme.
