Dutch hotel rooms among most expensive in Europe

Dutch hotel rooms are among the most expensive in Europe following a 5% average increase in prices last year, according to website hotels.com.


With an average price of €100 a night, the Netherlands is now as expensive as Italy, where prices did not rise last year, the website said.
Worldwide, the Netherlands is in 17th place. Amsterdam remains the most expensive Dutch city, with a average room price of €115, up 8% on a year ago.
