Health system costs rise above European average

The cost of the Dutch health service to employers went up above the European average last year.


In Europe as a whole, employer healthcare costs rose 3.3%, but in the Netherlands the increase was 3.7%, according to research by the Mercer advisory group.
The highest increases were recorded in Britain and Ireland at 4.9%.
