Dutch football, Bayern Munich settle Robben row in friendly way

The Dutch football association and German football club Bayern Munich have settled their differences about Arjen Robben’s injuries, Nos television reports.

The German club was furious at Robben’s World Cup injuries and had demanded compensation.
The two sides have now agreed that the Dutch national team will play a friendly against Bayern Munich on May 22, 2012 instead.
The deal is a ‘fair and satisfactory solution,’ Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said.
