British bring Dutch nationals out of Libya

Seven Dutch nationals were evacuated from Libya by British troops at the weekend, the foreign ministry confirmed on Sunday.

According to the BBC, the British army brought out some 150 foreign nationals using three Hercules aircraft, one of which was shot at during the rescue mission. The Dutch were in the Libyan desert town of Jakira.
The ministry said at least 10 other Dutch nationals still want to leave but are scattered across the country.
