Unemployment rate falls for 10th month in a row

The Dutch unemployment rate fell for the 10th month in a row in December, the national statistics office CBS said on Thursday.

The drop of 8,000 in the jobless total was almost entirely due to more women finding work, the CBS said.
Unemployment has fallen by an average 5,000 a month since February last year and now stands at 4.8% of the working population.
