PSV’s star player Ibrahim Afellay bowed out in style on Sunday, as the club consolidated its premier division lead with a 3-1 win over Roda JC.

Midfielder Afellay is moving to Barcelona after the winter break. He left the pitch in the 87th minute to loud applause from the Eindhoven club’s supporters.
Afellay has played 159 first division matches for PSV.
