Philips takes over Chinese lighting company
Electronics giant Philips has taken over Chinese LED lamp producer NCW, the company said in a statement on Monday.
Financial details were not disclosed but Philips said NCW has a workforce of 450. The company was set up in 2002 and specialises in lighting for the entertainment market.
