De Boer poised to be confirmed in Ajax job
Former international Frank de Boer is set to take over permanently as coach of Amsterdam football club Ajax, the Telegraaf reports on Friday.
De Boer was appointed temporarily to replace Martin Jol, who left last month following criticism of his coaching style and a string of poor results.
De Boer and Ajax are expected to settle terms after the Christmas break, the paper says.
