Dutch weather is getting warmer and wetter

The average temperature in the Netherlands has gone up by 0.42 Celsius over the past 10 years, according to research by weather bureau Weeronline.

At the same time, there is more rain, particularly in the winter, and storms are more likely in August.
The Netherlands is warming up more quickly than other parts of the world because of its proximity to the polar circle, Nos tv reported.
