There is no money for 3,000 more officers, say police chiefs

Dutch police chiefs said on Saturday that there is no money to recruit 3,000 new police officers, as set down in the coalition agreement.


In fact the new goverment’s calculations will mean a 1,300 reduction in employment levels, the police chiefs said.
