Prime minister not invited to Seoul summit
Prime minister Mark Rutte has not been invited to attend the G20 summit in Seoul as an observer, news agency ANP reports.
The summit will take place in two weeks time. Host South Korea has used its option to invite observers to bring Asian countries on board, including Singapore.
