Thursday 23 September 2010
German group WMF has bought the 49% stake in Dutch kitchen equipment maker Princess that it did not already own, news agency ANP said on Thursday.
Financial details were not disclosed.
WMF bought a 51% stake in the Breda-based firm in 2009. Princess is known for domestic appliances such as coffee makers, toasted sandwich makers and irons.
Other activities in the Princess group - such as hotels and property development, are not affected by the sale.
