18-year-old arrested for shooting 'best friend'

An 18-year-old youth from Vlaardingen has been arrested in connection with the shooting of a 16-year-old boy in central Amsterdam on Thursday evening.
The boy was shot several times and died of his injuries in hospital.
According to local tv station AT5, the youth who has been arrested is considered to be the 'best friend' of the boy who died. The shooting followed an argument about a scooter, the broadcaster said.
Six young men aged 15 to 23 who had been at the scene of the shooting were taken in for questioning on Thursday night.

So very sad to read this. when a scooter becomes more important than two human life's. 1 life is gone forever, and the other life will be spent thinking about and regreting that very day for the rest of there life's.
