A KLM client service manager stole €145,000 over several years by using false customer names to file compensation claims, reports Wednesday’s Telegraaf.


The 44-year-old man sent hundreds of letters to his own department complaining about matters such as lost luggage.
A court has ordered the man to pay a substantial fine, says the paper.
