The world football body Fifa has fined the Dutch football association almost €11,000 for the nine yellow cards handed out to players during the World Cup final last month.

Under Fifa rules, countries which pick up more than four cards in a match can be fined.
Spain, which picked up five yellow cards in the final, was fined €7,000. Spain won the match 1-0 in extra time.
