The Netherlands beat Cameroon 2-1 in their final group match of the World Cup and go into the round of 16 with a maximum nine points from three games.

Thursday night’s match also saw the return of Arjen Robben from injury, who came on a substitute in the second half.
‘The important thing for me now is to recover my rhythm. I’m not yet 100 per cent fit, but I’m really pleased to be part of it,’ Robben told the Fifa website.
The Netherlands will now play Slovakia on Monday.
