Remembrance day screamer released from jail

Amsterdam appeal court has ordered the release from jail of the 39-year-old man who disrupted the Remembrance Day commemorations in the city centre by shouting during the two-minutes silence.


Dozens of people were injured during the ensuing panic.
The known vagrant was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace. He was later charged with causing severe physical injury and threatening the queen and remanded in custody for three months.
