Football club PSV is heading for a €10m loss this season and needs a major transfer before June 30 to keep it out of debt, the Eindhovens Dagblad reports on Wednesday.
The Eindhoven club has been hit by falling television income and disappointing results in Europe..
PSV failed to qualify for the Champions League again, and will take part in the less lucrative Europa Cup next season.
