Manchester United eyes up Ajax’s Suarez
English football club Manchester United is looking to buy Ajax’s star striker Luis Suarez, British newspapers report on Monday.
Ajax captain Suarez, an Uruguay international, made 35 goals in 33 games for the club last season.
According to the News of the World, Alex Ferguson is prepared to pay £20m for Suarez, who would be the ‘perfect strike partner for Wayne Rooney’.
