Burglars steal prisoners' televisions: Telegraaf

Burglars have twice managed to break into the prison in Hoorn over the past few weeks and steal televisions out of a number of prison cells, the Telegraaf reports on Wednesday.
Both times, the break-ins happened when prisoners were on weekend leave and were discovered on their return.
Police suspect it may be an inside job and one prisoner has already been arrested, the paper says.
